Shipping & Returns
Every SOMNMATE ships free from our U.S. warehouse, with a 30-day window to try it on your own schedule. Here's exactly how it works.
Shipping
We ship exclusively within the United States from our domestic warehouse. Shipping is free on every order — there's no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.
- Processing. In-stock orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Pre-orders. If you order during the pre-order window, your pillow is reserved from our first U.S. batch and ships on September 1. You'll be charged at checkout and notified with tracking as soon as it dispatches.
Returns & exchanges
We want the pillow to actually work for you. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
To qualify
- The return is started within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The pillow is in clean, resellable condition with its cover and tags.
- You have your order number or the email used at checkout.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
- We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item? If anything arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — that's separate from the standard return window.
Warranty
Beyond returns, every SOMNMATE is backed by a 1-year free replacement warranty against non-intentional damage. Register your pillow to activate coverage.
